From October 3 to 5, 2026, in a premier location: Palazzo Crova, at Palazzo del Gusto in Nizza Monferrato, the evocative multimedia museum where Monferrato's food and wine are narrated through the three types of cuisine from which they originated: noble, popular, and bourgeois.
The seventh edition of "Il Nizza è" confirms its format with tasting tables open to the public (€25 admission) and to industry professionals and the press (with free accreditation).
