Sustainability

For us, sustainability is first and foremost a responsibility – towards our members, our workers, and our territories. A daily commitment to building an agricultural economy that is solid, transparent, and shared.

Our hills are a shared heritage. That is why we choose a viticultural approach that respects the natural rhythms of the soil and its invisible life: SQNPI certification guides every stage of our work in the vineyard, through constant monitoring, targeted interventions, and agronomic practices designed to protect soil microflora and microfauna.

Across all vineyards – both estate-owned and members’ plots – we follow a herbicide-free approach and harvest exclusively by hand, preserving grape integrity and quality across more than one thousand hectares..

Reducing impact, creating value

Reducing our environmental impact is part of our everyday work. In recent years, we have doubled the size of our photovoltaic system, reaching over 530 kW of installed capacity. We rely on natural phytodepuration systems and recover production by-products, returning them to the vineyard as fertilisers within a circular economy approach.

ISO 14001 certification provides the framework to monitor water use, waste, and energy, supporting a process of continuous improvement.

An ethical supply chain

Sustainability also has a social dimension. Through a dedicated business network, we train, employ, and integrate workers – often from social reintegration and supported employment programmes – supporting their professional development while ensuring fair working conditions and inclusion.

This approach supports our members, responds to the needs of vineyard work, and creates tangible value for the territory.

Growing together, as a cooperative

Being a cooperative means sharing both decisions and outcomes. From group purchasing for integrated crop protection to technical support in the vineyards, we provide our members with tools that make their work safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. It is an agricultural model where economic activity is designed to support the territory – not the other way around.

Wines for everyone

Our wines are produced without additives or processing aids of animal origin, making them suitable for a vegan lifestyle. This is a natural result of the way we work, where every decision – in the vineyard and in the cellar – is guided by respect, expertise, and inclusivity.
