Avamposti is an agronomic and oenological research line built around the dialogue between variety and place. A red vinification of Pinot Noir, the revival of Slarina through massal selection, and Nebbiolo planted in non-conventional areas become three different ways of reading soils, elevations, and microclimates. This is the essence of Avamposti – enhancing the character of the terroir while allowing each grape to interpret it in its own voice.
