Piemonte low Guyot trellis. Planting density 4,000-4,500 vines/ha. |

Wine making / Vinificazione: |
6,000 Lt/ha. The fruit was hand harvested from 20th to 24th September. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 25-30°C using BDX yeast. Pressed when some residual sugar remained and secondary fermentation in a pressurised tank. This was followed by 5 months ageing prior to bottling preparation. |
