Piemonte low Guyot trellis. Average age of vines 35 years. Planting density 4,000-4,500 vines/ha. |

Wine making / Vinificazione: |
6,600 Lt/ha. The fruit was hand harvested from 26th September, the grapes being taken only from the crown, or bricco, of the hill. They were pressed as whole bunches in a pneumatic press before being fermented for one month, 70% in stainless steel at a low temperature and the remaining 30% in French new oak. |
