Medium-bodied, slightly savoury, green fruit flavours with a hint of almonds coming through again. Lovely zesty, dry white. |

The Langhe hills near the town of Alba in the Piemonte region. South West aspects at altitudes between 200 and 300m. Limestone-clay soil. |

Vineyard / Vigneto: |
Piemonte low Guyot trellis. Planting density 4,000-4,500 vines/ha. |

Wine making / Vinificazione: |
5,000 Lt/ha. The fruit was hand harvested from 14th to 19th September. The wine was fermented under temperature control using EC 1118 yeast in stainless steel tanks and aged for 5 months prior to bottling. |
