Dry Muscat

Colour / Colore:

Light green.

Aroma / Profumo:

Intensely aromatic with floral, ripe citrus, and honey.

Palate / Gusto:

Light and fresh, containing flavours of grapes, honey and with a refreshing dry finish.

Region / Zona:

The Monferrato hills in the South of the Province of Asti, Piemonte. South West aspects at altitudes between 250 and 400 m. Limestone-clay soil.

Vineyard / Vigneto:

Piemonte low Guyot trellis. Average age of vines 20 years. Planting density 4,.000-4,500 vines/ha.

Wine making / Vinificazione:

7,500 Li/ ha. The fruit was hand harvested from 15th to 20th September. 100% tank fermented under temperature control using R2 yeast.
