Il Cascinone

Araldica Vigneti bought Il Cascinone in 1999 with the aim of restoring its neglected vineyards to their former glory; in the section on Our Vineyards you can read more about the vines at Il Cascinone.

Built in the 1920’s, the existing winery is currently not in use but plans are in place to refurbish both the old house and winery following the reinstatement of the vineyards. The projected capacity is 2,000 hectolitres with as many as 1,000 barrels and the intention is to produce up to 20,000 cases of top quality wine through the production, winemaking and ageing processes here.
